Open to See Jesus...

How can we learn from the past if history has been changed?
Life goes by so fast so don’t think it odd or strange
That the first will be the last and God will re-arrange us
As He begins to change us into the likeness of His son.
Behold, old things have passed away - a new life has begun.

When we’re broken and in pieces we’ll be open to see Jesus
Not as a genie meant to please us or a treaty to appease us
He’s the Alpha and the Omega; the beginning and the end
He’s the author of salvation, our savior and our friend.

He’s the Great I AM, the lion and the lamb who gave his life
He’s the Ram of Abraham who was the perfect sacrifice
How can they believe if they’ve never even heard?
Be not deceived. Believe in His word.

His name is Jesus, He’s The Christ
The Lamb of God who gave His life
He was the perfect sacrifice
Came to bring eternal life

He’s comin’ soon, so watch and pray
